Frequently Asked Questions

Q. How does The Clinic's service work?

If you are concerned about and seeking treatment for one of the conditions listed on this site, you can submit a free online consultation. You will be asked to provide (in confidence) some personal and relevant medical information that will be used by our doctors to assess your suitability for treatment.

The Doctors will then make a suggestion of suitable medications (if appropriate) that they are willing to prescribe for you to purchase. At this stage you will be asked to sign in to your personal admin area on the site, where you will be able to review and purchase any medications suggested.

Our pharmacy will then arrange to have your chosen medication delivered to you on the next working day. Please see “Delivery Times” for more information on your delivery options.

Q. What should I do if I don't know the answer to one of the medical questions?

If you are asked to provide an answer to a medical question that you are not sure about, please try to obtain accurate information before continuing. You can then return and complete the consultation.

Q. When I place a new order, should I inform the doctor of any changes to my medical details?

Yes. This is very important. Any medical changes should be re-entered when you are prompted to do so.
